2-Piece Set

An unconditional 10% Wind DMG bonus. Even without looking at the 4-piece effect, it's clear that Wuthering Salon is Velina's signature set. Until new Wind attribute characters are released, no other Agent can utilize this 2-piece set.

4-Piece Set

The 4-piece effect is divided into two parts, both with activation conditions. After using an Enhanced Special Skill, increase Anomaly Proficiency by 25 points, stacking up to 2 times for a total of 50 Anomaly Proficiency. Upon triggering Windburn, increase DMG Bonus by 18%. Since the 4-piece effect lasts for 40 seconds, it guarantees full uptime for Velina, making it highly compatible with her.

Wuthering Salon – Farming Analysis

For Velina, Wuthering Salon provides a total of 50 Anomaly Proficiency and 28% DMG Bonus, which is very high in numerical value. Additionally, other anomaly sets all have attribute restrictions, meaning Velina cannot fully benefit from them. Therefore, this set is the only must-farm choice for Velina.

Also, today's official Agent mechanic breakdown includes a recommended Velina + Remielle team, officially confirming Velina as Remielle's advance support unit (effectively a "pre-sale" companion leading up to Remielle). So for players planning to pull Remielle in Version 3.1, you'll want at least a 0+0 Velina. 2-Piece Set

An unconditional 10% Ether DMG bonus. This defines the attribute of Agents suited for this set. Besides Pyrois, other Ether damage dealers can also use a well-stat'd 2-piece The Sky Ablaze as a combo piece — for example, Yixuan.

4-Piece Set

Provides Ether characters with an unconditional 30% CRIT DMG. After using an Enhanced Special Skill or Ultimate, grants a 10% ATK bonus lasting 30 seconds. Apart from the Ether attribute restriction, there are absolutely no limitations on the Agent's playstyle. As long as the character needs both CRIT DMG and ATK, they can use this set. In terms of effect, it offers maximum versatility.

The Sky Ablaze - Farming Analysis

Pyrois, the free Agent given in Version 3.0, is an Ether Assault character. Ether DMG, CRIT DMG, and ATK are all effective stats for Pyrois, making The Sky Ablaze his BiS set.

Additionally, Zhu Yuan, a veteran main DPS from Version 1.0, can also swap her previously technique-dependent Hormone Punk set for The Sky Ablaze. While the numerical ceiling is roughly the same, the stability improves significantly, making it a nice indirect buff for her as well.
