Zenless Zone Zero Outer Ring Motorcycle Appreciation
In the American West as the prototype of the vast and barbaric Outer Ring, the motorcycle has become a necessary means of transportation for the local people and even developed a deeper bond with the user, just like family and friends. So let me take proxies look at the Outer Ring of those who go to the interesting motorcycle it.

1. The "Personalities" of Outer Ring Residents
First up is this roadside tricycle, judging by the trim on the motorcycle's gas tank and the style of the engine. The prototype is probably a BMW R71.

The R71 is an old motorcycle that was born in 1938 and was discontinued after only three years of production. However, this motorcycle became the template for the Soviet M72.

The word "gallop" on the side of the motorcycle means "horse's running". The headlights, dashboard and mirrors have all been rectangularized, so we don't know whether it was to reduce the number of modeling surfaces or to emphasize a wild aesthetic.
Then there's this most photographed car. We also get to see it in some of the scenario levels.

This car is a good example of the mix and match style. It's got a street bike height; the gauges are rally style; and the side cases are ADV style. There's also the transverse-mounted three-cylinder engine. Interestingly the bike has no brake horns or discs, and braking performance is all dependent on the coefficient of friction between the soles of the shoes and the ground. The gas tank has the word LASER on it, and the side tank says "Lightspeed".

The engine in this motorcycle would be BMW's transverse three-cylinder engine, which has been seen in models like the K75. And the three pipes on the exhaust have been landscaped, as normally these are not arranged so neatly. On looks alone, this car has a lot of personality. If you guys lived in the Outer Ring, would you want one of these motorcycle?
2. Elder Sister Caesar's Motorcycle
Caesar's motorcycle is an inverted tricycle, a type of motorcycle that is generally extremely well balanced and stable. The design of the front wheel is inspired by Yamaha's Niken, with the main difference being that the two inverted shocks are placed on the inside of the hub. The design of the front wheel hub contains some elements of ancient chariots, which is a majestic and magnificent feeling in retro, perhaps corresponding to her name "Caesar".

The large, powerful and mechanical twin-cylinder engine shows that the prototype was inspired by a Harley, but I can't give a specific model number without some details. Caesar's motorcycle was also modified to include a small fuel tank and extra wide rear tires. The reduced fuel tank makes the latter two stand out against the huge engine and rear tires, making a strong visual impact. This modification was actually quite popular in some motorcycle circles, at the expense of sacrificing the locomotive's mileage for the sake of cosmetic styling. No wonder Caesar takes us for a short ride in the episode before running out of gas.

The designers seemed to realize this problem and came up with the Burnice's motorcycle.
3. Burnice's "Gas Station" Motorcycle
The most obvious feature of Burnice's motorcycle is the use of a rocker arm steering system. The unique rocker system is very reminiscent of the bimota brand, and Burnice's motorcycle is a reference to the cafe racer version of the bimota tesi 3D. The designer also added a spherical fairing to the bike, which gives it a bit more of a racing feel, but is also a bit playful and cute, very much in line with Burnice's character.

But with the model being called a racer, hanging two side-boxed fuel tanks would seem out of place. Of course, we can understand that the tanks contain fuel for Burnice's daily use of weapons. When we think of the Caesar, the two fuel tanks seem to be for the Caesar's motorcycle, which is very interesting.

4. "Easy Rider" Lucy's Motorcycle
The style of Lucy's motorcycle is called a chopper, which is characterized by its "minimalism". The style is characterized by "minimalism", removing unnecessary decorations and keeping the low seat and extra-long front forks. The posture of the rider holding the handlebars is very cozy and dominant, coupled with the overall slenderness of the model, there is a kind of introverted aura of dominance. It fits Lucy's rebellious "old money" status.

Talking about the chopper, we have to mention the movie "Easy Rider", which seems to have inspired the design of Lucy's motorcycle called "Captain America" and "Billy Bike".

The metal device at the rear of the motorcycle is called a "sissy bar", which is usually used as a backrest for the backseat crew or to tie down luggage. We can also see Lucy riding the motorcycle with Piggy in the PV. But if you look closely, you can see that Lucy's motorcycle is a single-seater, so it looks like Piggy is sitting with the luggage.

5. "Boxer" Lighter's Motorcycle
What comes to mind is the large bulge in the Lighter motorcycle's engine that characterizes BMW's famous boxer engine. Of course, the boxer engine doesn't just refer to BMW, but is a play on horizontally opposed engines. That's because in working order, the left and right pistons make a 180-degree opposing motion, as if two boxers were fighting each other. On the other side of the motorcycle, we can also find a nameplate with the word Boxer on the engine.

In fact, this nameplate has also appeared on the Lighter's promotional image, which is also a kind of double entendre.

The modification style of the whole motorcycle is called bobber, and the characteristics of this style are somewhat similar to that of the chopper, which also removes unnecessary decorations and pursues the beauty of minimalism. But the difference lies in the fact that bobber's modifications usually don't move the frame, while chopper will usually modify the frame significantly. And unlike a chopper's tall fork, which creates a cozy and dominant feel, a bobber usually chooses to lower the handlebars to create an aggressive and combative feel. And that's the kind of feeling that suits a gold medalist like Lighter.

6. Piper's Big Truck
Lastly, let's talk about Piper's "Big Steel Teeth" truck. It's not a locomotive, but as a member of the Sons of Calydon, it can't be left behind. The prototype for the "Big Steel Teeth" truck is the Peterbilt 389, a truck that has a place in American automotive culture, and was the prototype for Optimus Prime in the movie version of the "Transformers". This shows how important this company is in the automotive culture.

And these kinds of trucks span a wide range of prices in reality, and based on the episode where Piper would rather get himself hurt than have his truck scratched, Piper's truck should be the most expensive of the bunch. And not only is it expensive, this truck's gas mileage isn't bad either. The fuel consumption of the Peterbilt 389 averages around 30 liters per 100 kilometers. So the question of why Piper wants to get rich so badly is solved. This kind of car is really not something that the average person can afford to keep.

We've taken a brief look at some of the motorcycles that have appeared in Blazewood. We don't know if there will be any more camps around the concept of "bikers". Of course, for those of you who like motorcycles, there's more than enough to go around. The downside is that the characters' motorcycles appear too infrequently and there is a lack of biker-related gameplay. Hopefully, Zenless Zone Zero will fill this gap in the future.
Of course, we can't deny that the members of the production team really love this part of the culture, and it's clear that they're really sincere about it!
