Zenless Zone Zero & McDonald Collab Activity Tips

Zenless Zone Zero recently announced the official collab activity with McDonald's, the activity is rich in content, collab merchandises are quite exquisite, but unfortunately at present this collab activity is only carried out in China McDonald's, if you happen to be in China, or have a friend in China, it may be able to participate in together.

The collab event runs from December 4th to December 31st. There are two meal combo included in the event:

One is called "Legendary Proxies Recharge Meal".

The items included in this meal are:

A collab merchandise set, a Bangboo box, and a CDK for Zenless Zone Zero.

There are four types of collab merchandise sets: badge set, metal badge set, keychain set, laser ticket set.

It's worth noting that not all of the collab merchandises will be released at once. Instead, McDonald's will be announcing new collab merchandises on a regular basis.

The "Badge Set" will be available on December 4th, the "Metal Badge Set" on December 9th, the "Keychain Set" on December 16th, and the "Laser Ticket Set" on December 23rd. The game CDK includes a collab Namecard, a new Avatar, and in-game collectibles and other in-game resources. (Each McDonald's account can only get one CDK, and can only be used on the Chinese Zenless Zone Zero server.)

After purchasing the meal, the order page will show the words "CDK Collection Entrance", click to enter to get the game CDK.

The other package is called "BFF Four Kings Friend Chicken Plate", which uses a special Zenless Zone Zero Friend Chicken box and lid.

There are three kinds of collab event, in which the collab stores are divided into Flagship Stores, Theme Stores and Non-theme Stores. The Flagship Stores and Theme Stores will be decorated with the theme of the collab event, while the Non-theme Stores will not be decorated with the theme.

There are six Flagship Stores in different regions, located in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou and Beijing.

The Flagship Stores include two interactive activities, one of which is the "Bangboo Cuddle" activity, which runs from December 4th to December 16th. The opening hours of these events vary from day to day, so please refer to the table below for the daily opening hours:

"Bangboo Cuddle": In the activity area, there will be staff dressed in Bangboo doll costumes. You can get cute stickers after hugging "Bangboo".

If you bring a collab friend chicken box with you during the interaction, you can get an additional joint postcard after the staff's verification.

The other activity is the "Gachapon Machine" activity, which will run from December 4th to December 31st (the exact end date will depend on the number of prizes given out). During the activity period, you will receive a "McDonald's Search Coin" with the purchase of the Collab Meal or Fried Chicken Set, limited to 260 coins per flagship store per day. The coin can be used in the event area to twist eggs. The 1st prize is a "Collab Crane Machine"; the 2nd prize is 2 "Mini Acrylic Stands"; the 3rd prize is 1 "Mini Acrylic Stand"; the 4th prize are "Cute Stickers".

The 1st prize, Collab Crane Machine, can also be purchased at the McDonald's Online Store. Purchases will open at 2pm on December 14th and are limited to 5,000 copies. The price is 199 RMB + 99 McDonald's points.

In addition to the above two events, the Flagship Store also includes the "Bangboo Parade". The dates are December 4th and December 14th.

During the time period there will be a number of "Bangboo" & Zenless Zone Zero cosplayers parading outside the flagship store. After taking photos or videos during the period and carrying the hashtag #McDonald's and posting them to social media platforms, you can contact the store staff for verification and receive a fried chicken redemption coupon.

In addition to the flagship store, the theme store also has a section of punch cards. You can get a set of Q stickers after completing an interaction with the store staff. If you bring the lid of "BFF Four Kings Friend Chicken Plate", you can also get an additional set of postcards.

Both Flagship and Theme Stores will have AR activities, during which AR animations will be triggered by scanning AR recognizable objects using the Scan AR function in the McDonald's app.

The last event is the "Mystery Guest Event", which will take place on December 14th from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at the event location in Shanghai.
