This version introduces two brand-new characters: Promeia, the Judge of Krampus Compliance Authority, and Starlight Billy, who unlocks an upgraded form. The two have strikingly contrasting personalities: Promeia is as cold as ice and a person of few words, while Billy is a talkative youth obsessed with the Starlight Knights.
