1. Zenless Zone Zero Yuzuha - "Whimsical and Mischievous"

Ukinami Yuzuha's personality makes her naturally adept at social interactions, much like her skill mechanics define her role. She combats enemies through a unique "attribute infusion" mechanism. Those around her seem imbued with her vibrant energy, as if "dyed" by her positivity.

Yuzuha herself is a burst of color. At first glance, her outfit is dominated by red tones, making her strikingly eye-catching. White, gray, and black serve as transitions and accents, creating a gradient effect from head to toe.

Interestingly, Yuzuha boasts the densest hair among all Zenless Zone Zero characters. Beyond her hair, her color coordination deserves attention. In the scorching summer heat, her ensemble feels overwhelmingly warm rather than cool; her upper and lower halves could be described as a "stark contrast."

Yuzuha's innerwear features a classic JK uniform with black base and red stripes, paired with a white star-shaped red tie. Her outerwear is a pink knitted cardigan, whose patterns evoke a sweet feeling every time you see them.Below the signature JK pleated skirt, there are two additional ruffled red hemlines-a design rarely seen in reality.

The upper body embodies a high school style (though it looks incredibly warm), while the lower body pairs gray-white stockings with miHoYo's signature thigh straps and leg rings. The boots are punk-style high-top motorcycle boots. This ensemble blends eccentricity with harmony.

Yuzuha's design extends beyond the highlights mentioned above-her back holds even greater secrets! When first seeing her artwork, a friend remarked, "Another Seeker character? What breed is this?" Only later did they notice the unique little companion on her back: Yuzuha's exclusive partner, the tanuki "Kamanosuke (Kama)". His design carries rich cultural significance worth exploring.

The tanuki is a well-known traditional Japanese yōkai, originally based on the real-life "raccoon dog". Kama's tail features ringed patterns-a trait actually characteristic of red pandas-making modern tanuki designs a fusion of multiple animals. Tanuki are often depicted as approachable creatures, living harmoniously with mountain villagers. In some regions, they are even worshipped as deities by locals.

Tanuki are known for their distinctive "dark eye circles", giving them an endearing appearance. Yuzuha's character profile mentions a reformed vendor who once believed he offended the "Tanuki Deity" and was cursed-a nod to real folklore. Thus, in folk tales, tanuki often play humorous, quick-witted roles.

Their most iconic trait is their love for mischief, mirroring Yuzuha's personality. Subtle details reflect this:

1. The hair accessory on her back bears the word "Raccoon" (referring to the raccoon dog).
2. Her JK collar bow and hairpins feature leaf patterns, referencing the tanuki legend where they use leaves as props for illusions (e.g., transforming leaves into money to trick humans). When tanuki shapeshift into humans, a leaf rests atop their heads.

3. Zenless Zone Zero Yuzuha - Sweet "Candy" Weapon

As the second character in Zenless Zone Zero to wield an umbrella as a weapon, Ukinami Yuzuha and Lady Vivian present strikingly distinct styles. First, their umbrellas differ fundamentally: Vivian's umbrella is classical and traditional, exuding an aura of nobility. In contrast, Yuzuha's umbrella bursts with vibrant colors, featuring internal paw prints and patterns-utterly dazzling and brimming with youthful energy.

Vivian's combat evokes elegance and serenity. Yuzuha's umbrella, however, resembles a "Thousand-Armed Umbrella" equipped with sharp blades; pulling its trigger fires bullets. This design exemplifies the ingenuity of glazed porcelain craftsmanship. Beneath Yuzuha's cute exterior, this umbrella undeniably adds a layer of lethal danger-yet for allies, it becomes a reassuring shield. The sharp edges of the umbrella subtly counterbalance the predominantly circular motifs in her character design, creating a delicate equilibrium.

After the blades and bullets vanquish foes, the umbrella folds to reveal Yuzuha's playful grin-as if she's perpetually teasing, making it impossible not to adore her.

Notably, the development team infused meticulous detail into Yuzuha's combat effects. Under five different attribute infusions, explosions visually manifest as unique foods:

1. Fire Attribute: Chocolate, doughnuts, chili peppers.
2. Ice Attribute: Ice cream, scoops of sorbet.
3. Ether Attribute: Gummy candies, purple lollipops.
4. Electric Attribute: Peppermints, blue doughnuts.
5. Physical Attribute: Warm-toned pastries like sandwich cookies and biscuits.

These whimsical touches cloak brutal battles in softness and fun.
