Zenless Zone Zero: Top 5 Longest Not-Rerun A-Tier Agents

by ZZZLucien 02 Mar 2026

In every version of Zenless Zone Zero, two A-tier Agents feature in the accompanying Banners. While A-tier Agents are not the main force in the meta, some of them offer a good balance of strength and value, making them excellent choices for free-to-play players.

Today, let's take a look at the A-tier Agents in Zenless Zone Zerowho have gone the longest without a rerun. See which ones you're looking forward to!

1. ZZZ Agents - Not Rerun Duration Ranking

The A-tier agents who have gone the longest without a rerun are currently Pulchra, Pan Yinhu, Komano Manato, Piper, and Anton. Among them, Anton has gone over four months without a rerun, while the shortest durations, for Pan Yinhu and Pulchra, are also close to three months.

2. TOP 5: Pan Yinhu

Not rerun for 89 days

Zenless Zone Zero Pan Yinhu

As a Panda, Pan Yinhu is an A-tier specialist support for the Rupture team. Although Pan Yinhu’s skills are relatively easy to miss in practice, his numerical strength is considerable, providing 720 points of Sheer Force and a 30% damage boost. This performance isn’t far behind Lucia’s, making him very strong.

Even though Lucia has been released, many players still choose to use Pan Yinhu in their team compositions. As a result, Pan Yinhu’s overall usage rate remains quite high, making him an excellent A-tier character. It’s unfortunate that the rerun Banner for Yixuan did not feature Pan Yinhu. Now, pulling for Yixuan doesn’t guarantee having a suitable support, which is a bit awkward.

3. TOP 4: Pulchra Fellini

Not rerun for 89 days

Zenless Zone Zero Pulchra

Although Pulchra is an A-tier Stun Agent, after unlocking Mindscape 6, she possesses strong off-field Stun capabilities and can provide the team with a 30% bonus damage to all types. This makes her quite versatile, and players lacking in Stun capabilities might consider investing in her.

However, the overall value of Stun roles is not that high, and there are many other excellent Stun Agents available. For most players, Pulchra isn't a priority, and she is primarily built by new players.

4. TOP 3: Komano Manato

Not rerun for 109 days

Zenless Zone Zero Komano Manato

Komano Manato is the newest A-tier Agent. As a Rupture specialist, he boasts extremely high environmental adaptability, capable of fully benefiting from buffs in many situations. Manato's numerical values are also very strong; his power after fully upgrading Mindscape 6 is considerable, not inferior to ordinary limited S-tier Main DPS.

Even though Banyue has been released, and in theory, Manato has a complete direct upgrade, his cultivation value hasn't diminished much. One reason is Banyue's high operational difficulty; the other is that Manato, as an A-tier character, offers unparalleled cost-effectiveness, making him one of the most worthwhile A-tier Main DPS to invest in currently.

5. TOP 2: Piper Wheel

Not rerun for 109 days

Zenless Zone Zero Piper

If we say Komano Manato benefited from the numerical and mechanical advantages of Version 2.0, then Piper truly stands on solid merits. From being a top-tier DPS at launch until now, Piper has consistently received significant numerical buffs from characters like Burnice, Vivian, Ukinami Yuzuha, as well as environmental benefits from Jane and Alice.

Even today, Piper remains active in low-investment team compositions. In many scenarios, players who don't have Jane or Alice can still use Piper to achieve decent scores, making her one of the top-tier A-rank Main DPS.

6. TOP 1: Anton Ivanov

Not rerun for 131 days

Zenless Zone Zero Anton

Unlike the other four A-tier agents mentioned, Anton's current position is indeed rather awkward. The Electric Attack role isn't highly valued to begin with. Above him, there's the previously free character Asaba Harumasi, along with two significantly stronger superior options, Sid and Anby. This makes it very difficult for Anton to see play. Even players who have no Electric team at all would likely not consider building Anton as a counter pick.

Since there is a noticeable difference between A-tier and S-tier characters, most players don't need to worry too much about reruns. However, for new players, useful A-tier characters are still worth investing in. Which A-tier characters are you looking forward to seeing in a rerun? Feel free to discuss in the comments!
